Fairly easy to pop open and flash if you've got some alligator clips and one of those flash programmers (eg https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075N82CDL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075N82CDL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b...).
