- cc101 4y agoThe WEC was wonderful! What the video didn't say was that the WEC was a community built book. We (the folks who owned one) sent in suggestions for more content, and the book grew organically at a tremendous rate. So, a new version came out quarterly. It was our book. The modern marketing technique of creating an on-line user community where the members contribute to the growth of the product is a direct descendent of the WEC.
