busywork and no problem solving/critical thinking? sounds like they're being groomed for middle management!
- lancesells 4y agoIn the US I think it actually comes from a factory work mindset where everyone does the same kind of thing and learns the same way. The system is at least 50 years behind but in my experience I think teachers are much more attuned to the present.
