EDIT: Would Andy Warhol be sued by Campbell or Brillo?
- crote 4y agoNo, but his estate was sued by Lynn Goldsmith over his use of a photo of Prince - and lost. Warhol himself said that art "is anything you can get away with." He was clearly very much aware of the dubious legality of some of his work.
