Using formal language and appropriate politeness is hard, or at least taxing.

  Yeah, I have no ability whatsoever to write in corporate business speak. My boss who is a wizard at it does me a service and takes what I write and translates it. I am shocked every time at how polite yet firm he can make things sound. I swear he could tell someone to go fuck themselves and they would nod and say that seems like the best course of action going forward.
