Can a business do the same discrimination while hiring but only for black applicants. Systematically reject them and if a lawsuit comes over , just say that you were rejected on the basis of “personal rating” — a subjective score for traits like self-confidence, likability and kindness wherein you scored less than candidates of other races ? Won’t this make a total mockery of the affirmative action clause.
