Scroll to the bottom of that slide-up. There may be something that says "X images in iCloud". You can tap "Download" to download them all. Also: Settings > Mes

Scroll to the bottom of that slide-up. There may be something that says "X images in iCloud". You can tap "Download" to download them all.
Also: Settings > Messages > Keep Messages > Forever
