TIL about the LED thought. As a person who is infront of the computer for most of his day, only recently have I taken lighting extremely strict. I am not sure if everyone will do the same. The whole reason behind dark themes and working at night and why they are also popular paints a good picture or hind on how serious people are about lighting. :/
