- e12e 4y agoThank you, both. IMNHO the most likely outcome is that o365 will come to be GDPR compliant - and so business will be able to (continue to) deliver on government contracts building on o365.
- dmitriid 4y agoIt's hard to see how. MS would have to create an entity entirely separate from MS US... while providing the exact same services.
- HDThoreaun 4y agoWhat’s hard about that? Every company has tons of shells for various reason.
- dmitriid 4y agoShells are not separate from the parent company. The Cloud act still applies to them.

Redactions? How should the data owners be able to verify Microsofts processes if some of the information is redacted?
