Show HN: Random Picker
Choose participants during an online meeting/spin the wheel of names, etc.
Any advice on landing page? Is it clear enough to know how to use it? Its free, works instantly, no logins or emails required.
- XCSme 4y agoHa, this is a nice idea, I never do group meetings, but I see how something like this would be really fun for a classroom meeting for example.
- NotMyBestWork 4y agoPretty cool! I really like how responsive it is. I'd remove the ":p" from the landing page, and an FAQ might be good? Is there a limit to the number of participants? I can seemingly click 'add' endlessly... And when there are lots of participants, its very slow to settle on someone. My test with 92 people is still looping through the options a minute after I clicked test.
- jessekorzan 4y agoappreciate this ... good feedback. I wasn't sure what to do about the limit of participants. I'll see if I can speed it up the more ppl added. Unfortunate about my lack of math skills.
