- rippercushions 4y agoHe was 21 at the time and thus legally an adult.
- lamontcg 4y agoYou can't really have it both ways. If he was a responsible adult then he deserves the punishment that he's getting. If he wasn't fully capable then his family really needed to be practicing ongoing oversight over him.
