Aesthetic? I haven't yet although I could see it happening assuming the better looking app had the same features and I wasn't going to lose anything by switching over. UX however, is another story. Many well-designed apps have spent time on their user experience and it's a component of their design. Many times the "uglier" apps will have design issues that impair usability, rather than just not look as beautiful.
