Applied and we agreed for intro meeting, person on the other side seemed excited to work with me and I was as well. Interesting project, get paid to do open source stuff - what's not to like? Got ghosted for two times, first time it was a holiday, agreed to reschedule. No harm done. Second time ghosted without any further explanation or apology. There might be a better suiting candidate or something else came in between, completely understandable but there are better ways to handle these kind of things. TLDR: not meant as a complaint, just as a warning to others. Not everyone is in the same timezone as you are.
