- throwaway294566 4y agoI'd guess large producers of commercial software. BigCo doesn't have any problem having an entire compliance & audit b.s. department. However, all the smaller companies, independent developers and OSS software will be regulated out of the market.
- binkHN 4y agoSimilar? The US law focuses on how federal agencies acquire and review OSS software—the EU law throws bureaucracy across the entire OSS landscape.
