This is an ESP32, although I don't have this exact one - https://www.adafruit.com/product/5337 https://www.adafruit.com/product/5337 And then ESPHome - https://esphome.io/ https://esphome.io/ ESPHome publishes the data on MQTT, which I then read in Home Assistant.
