The team member who has a hard time with English might just think that when everybody speaks English they feel awkward and left out. Why do you think you're special?
- atonse 4y agoSomehow I doubt that in most business settings in a multinational company. English is the de-facto language of _global_ commerce. It is the most “inclusive” language to use.
