It silently assumes a set of preconditions that won't apply to most organizations: fully staffed with qualified professionals and management has failed to sufficiently task them. Is this you? - Gunax 4y agoIt seems the link U MN research is about setting specific and measurable goals. Seems the thrust is about giving ownership and responsibility. 'More work' is a but simplistic. Also, Google has been paying below average for a while, and that's even before we consider their down-leveling, which they seem to love.
