  Yes - the boundaries on it. I’m sure the most woke collective believes they are diverse. So what does diverse mean? What’s included in that? Far left anarchists? Far right fascists? Do Furries get a voice in the council?

    I don't think it's that hard. The laws are the boundaries of it. Then, you form the council but err on the side of not banning.
