I agree, but they have a constitutional right to a quick and speedy trial.
- whateveracct 4y agoIs a year-and-a-half that long for such a high-profile case (potentially with co-conspirators and other related cases going on?) Also, sentences have been doled out. They aren't being Gitmo'd.
- shiftpgdn 4y agoA year in half in jail without bail for a person who may be innocent? Yes.
- whateveracct 4y agoTrespassing on the nation's capitol with recorded intent to kidnap and lynch? Seems fair. At least, seems like it isn't precedented to begin with.
- shiftpgdn 4y agoAnd if they're innocent and wrongly accused they still deserve to be in jail for a year and half?
