- imtringued 4y agoIn a conventional money based economy demand is always below supply because of structural reasons that have to do with how our money works. Since there must be losers, people don't want to be a 80% winner and 20% loser, they want to be a 100% winner and let a whole person be a 100% loser instead. Any policy that aims at eliminating poverty has to ensure that supply and demand are in balance.
