This feels like stereotyping people associated with an idea. There are people trying to build something useful in crypto, and other people just trying to get rich, and maybe some doing both. You can have two things happening at once, and can also choose what part of it you pay attention to.
- hitsurume 4y agoI mean, aren't stereotypes used because they have some truth to it? I have nothing against people trying to make money, but scamming people or deluding people I have a clear issue with and generally that's what crypto is associated with at the moment to me. Perhaps i'll be wrong in the future, and Crypto will take off in some meaningful way, but speculating on the price of bitcoin or hyping up NFT's, i'm not sold on.
