Airlines don’t lose luggage, airports do. Airlines just carry luggage.
- kylehotchkiss 4y agoAirlines have some liberty to say "We can't load this luggage" or "We can't load X lbs/% of luggage" for operational reasons
- jen20 4y agoAirlines employ baggage handlers. Your contract to deliver yourself and your luggage is with the airline though.
