- lozenge 4y agoIt's a city state without the state as it isn't internationally recognised.
- BillEllson 4y agoThe City of London is part of Greater London http://legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1963/33/section/2 http://legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1963/33/section/2 residents & businesses are subject to the same laws & taxes as the rest of England.
