- dmitriid 4y agoGoogle's net income in just Q2 was 16 billion dollars. These are not "difficult choices". But they do like to make them at the expense of employees. - tpmoney 4y agoMy work place has been going through its “return to office” discussions and if there’s one thing it’s taught me it’s that tone and perception are wildly different among people. One persons “direct and no bullshit” is another’s “uncaring and defensive” is another’s “angry and abusive”. And if a news company can’t find one person to think something is “heated” or “dismissive” or “angry” they will latch onto that person for their headlines.

- gorbachev 4y agoTo echo the other answers to your comment. What the CEO's answer revealed exactly how much he values employees at Google. Also I would recommend you remember his answer next time the executives' compensation is adjusted.
