don’t those problems come back to people though ?
- jstx1 4y agoMaybe some of them do indirectly but not in the people-are-assholes way that OP is describing. For example, I'm not going to blame my team / manager for the company deciding to have a pay freeze and I'm not going to blame anyone for the fact that the job that I want to do doesn't exist at this company.
