Just because a service is free does not mean consumer protection and data protection laws (including GDPR) no longer apply.
Why would you think otherwise?
- anotherhue 4y agoWithout ‘consideration’ ( payment) one can usually argue that no contract exists for the laws to be inserted into. Closing that loop hole was valuable.
