- KarlKode 4y agoI think OP didn't mean that you can absorb fentanyl through the skin but rather that you'd have trace amounts of fentanyl (or even the more powerful analogues such as carfentanyl) on your hands and then touch your mouth or eyes. That can certainly kill you.
