The closer I get to 40, the more anxious I grow after reading stories like this. Guess I can just let it motivate me to appreciate those in my life and push me towards achieving goals.

- haupt 4y agoBy all means please let it motivate you to get regular cancer check-ups. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from the side of my nose a few years ago. I recently went to a dermatologist for something different and was told that I should be coming in at least once every six months for a cancer screening (because I had previously had cancer and because I am whiter than the whitest freckled ghost).
