I don't really understand on what basis they're making the claim that these differences are due to unconscious biases. The entire thing seems to be completely made up.
- treis 4y agoI agree. I tried to dig into the methodology. Best I can tell they rated on 84 points and showed the handful that were different. Also ignored what the person being interviewed said. That seems like an odd omission given that they have a significant impact on where the interview goes.
