I believe they switched from frying them in beef tallow to vegetable oils
- bluGill 4y agoThey have switches oils several times that I know of. Some of the early veritable oils didn't taste too bad, but were probably worse than beef tallow for your health. Now the oils are as healthy as you can get for deep frying, but the taste isn't as good.
