- agluszak 4y agoWe have a very nice phrase in Polish describing what kind of employees they are, literally it goes like: "there are those who are equal and those who are equaler".
- ironman1478 4y agoYou're getting downvoted but you're right. Managers generally start out as ICs and bring along with them all their biases.
