Does your daily routine change when you microdose? Do you still take the cold shower and meditate and all that regardless of it being a microdose day or not? I found that when I was microdosing it made me way more mindful and apt to make "good/healthy" choices than normal. I think this is a tremendous benefit but for me very difficult to differentiate from a placebo effect.
