I tried trillium and found it interesting but a little difficult to use (I prefer markdown to their editor). Then I tried editing on mobile and it really was awful. It was mostly impossible to use the contextual menu. Some words got doubled when I typed them. Pasting did not work. So I came back to a folder of markdown files synchronized with syncthing that I edit with markor on Android and vim or vscode on desktop.
