Ask HN: Any pointers to master Option trading for beginners
We are from India. My wife just started with option trading. She learnt basics though procapital.com.Now she wants to master it. Any pointers/tricks/tools to gain expertise would be of great help. She is home maker and she is now passionate to become options trader.

- Bostonian 4y agoTrading costs are high with options since they are not buy-and-hold investments. Retail investors should generally avoid them. Options market makers such as Citadel and Susquehanna are quite profitable. Their profits are retail investors losses.
- Morieris 4y agoI've had the best luck with Robinhood watchlists. Basically, for any option trade you would make, instead of actually purchasing it, just put it on the watchlist. Then you can watch it go to zero and not actually lose your investment.
