- kelseyfrog 4y agoI'm getting at the difference between people that give up because they feel they have no control and people who feel like they can only change themselves. Both of those are maladaptive in their extremes. Figuring out which sort of tendencies one has and adjusting that is a step toward owning your problems. The steps toward ownership looks different for these two types.
