I still was able to replicate, albeit with some effort. Used a bobmail.info address, "Jake Doe", and had to have them actually call to deliver the pin. Result

I still was able to replicate, albeit with some effort. Used a bobmail.info address, "Jake Doe", and had to have them actually call to deliver the pin. Results were not that unexpected save one, but it seems like a friend of a friend.
