Yes, it would be a violation of EU law to restrict it.
- mrunkel 4y agoNo it wouldn't. You could say it's only for citizens of EU member states. That's a restriction that wouldn't violate any EU law.
- Mordisquitos 4y agoAnother hypothetical alternative which wouldn't violate EU law (not that they have any reason of using it) would be to make the ticket only valid to people who legally reside in Germany, regardless of their nationality.
