- meristohm 4y agoThings like this are treating symptoms rather than putting higher-ROI effort into prevention. The top in my mind is early-childhood education for all parents, regardless of status and perceived need, and which is not mandatory but is tax-funded because we collectively benefit when others aren't stressed to the point of breaking.
