That link shows me two completely different things on incognito and regular browser. Incognito shows me the actual page, regular mode Rickrolls me. EDIT: Oh, later in the thread they're talking about this.

  I believe it's a redirect based on the HTTP Referer header. HN should set Referrer-Policy: no-referrer.
