Yes, but also, we used to have to develop around IE6. StackOverflow wasn't a thing. I recall debugging IE6 display issues for days as a junior. It was horrible.

Yes, but also, we used to have to develop around IE6. StackOverflow wasn't a thing. I recall debugging IE6 display issues for days as a junior. It was horrible. That's not to say the web doesn't currently have issues, it does. I just think it's healthy to be careful of embracing the past too hard.
