I'm not sure "I refuse to adapt or change" is a desirable trait in a new employee anyway so probably the relationship would be mutually suspicious.

- fuzzfactor 4y agoTo me "I refuse to adapt or change" is one of the most undesirable traits for an employer when some type of innovation needs to be accomplished then deployed.
