Use your sick time dude not vacation days
- wu_187 4y agoAlmost all jobs have gotten rid of sick days and have you use PTO. The US labor laws suck.
- h0p3 4y agoAt some places, you get to choose when to use sick days but not vacation days. All else being equal, in that case, I'd sometimes prefer to burn vacation.
- willcipriano 4y agoEvery job I've had they are one and the same. You just have PTO.

- thfuran 4y agoI've never gone on a sickcation but I think well over 40% of my sickdays have been weekend-adjacent. A baffling statistical anomaly to be sure.
