- newsclues 4y agoI don’t care about the sex/gender status of people because sexism is bad, so it seems weird to have people use it as a positive thing to point out.

- ByersReason 4y agoVananda Shiva IS an ecofeminist. I think it highly relevant. Clearly all people are capable of being activists. But in this case, she happens to make an explicit point of her movement being woman led. This is especially relevant in the cultural context of her movement in India.
