- jedimastert 4y agoFirst off, he ended up only owing $2,500. Second, what is the break down that gets you anywhere close to $690 to move to Europe, or even Canada? Does that include the upfront costs of renting a place to live? Work visa? Passport fees? For the VAST majority of people who are under-insured or completely uninsured, moving to a different country isn't even close to an option
