- dekhn 4y agoOnly men than 18-25 have to register. I had to to receive federal funding (even though I was already registered, I had to register again) during grad school. My only complaint is that everybody, regardless of gender, should be required to register, if men are.

- jleyank 4y agoGoogling, it seems women do not have to register. Normally, I would say this makes it open to a discrimination challenge but such things would not occur with the current Court. Makes sense that objectors have to register as there’s lots of roles they can fulfill and remain true to their beliefs. I think stretcher bearers are one of of them and some were decorated in ww ii. FEMA is just another option, which keeps them onshore.
