- News-Dog 5y agoThis link says to use 'baby shampoo' : https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/blepharitis https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/blepharitis Only use J&J 'No More Tears' 'baby shampoo' (Without Conditioner) Also Wash your face Daily with Sorbolen lotion, and rinse off. Are you taking any Meds that may effect your Lipid production? ie. do you have dry skin as well? Edit: Always check with your Doctor / Ophthalmologist
