Does the scaffold you use become dissolved during processing, or are edible and incorporated into a final product?
- vpribble 5y agoGreat question: part of the scaffold will dissolve, part of it (edible materials) will be in the final product. The amount of it in the final product (basically the degradation kinetics) can be tuned depending on needs and desires
