Let's say these properties were seized/repatriated/otherwise off limits to Russian oligarchs. Would that move the value on them at all? If so, would it have any effect on more day to day real estate values?
- rasz 5y agoInability to park Russian money in NY might slightly lower prices overall. But we all know this wont happen, its too obvious and straightforward.
