- TremendousJudge 5y agoHah, but this time _they_ have the dollar printer. They can actually take the convertibility of 1 dollar = 1 dollar all the way to the stratosphere if they want. Greetings from a fellow neighbor
- guiye 5y agoyeah, today with 1 dollar you can buy a beer, then next year will cost you 2 dollars ;)
- fshbbdssbbgdd 5y agoArgentina’s problem is it owes debt in dollars, so inflating the peso doesn’t reduce the debt.
- yazantapuz 5y agoNo. Our problem -I live in Argentina- is that we spend like there is no tomorrow and no consequences.
- imtringued 5y agoYes every permanent money system suffers from this problem. You can permanently take money out of circulation thereby forcing the government to replenish the supposedly lost money.
