- civilized 5y agoFunny shitposting from the CEO of what was then a small up-and-coming startup (afaik). I assume he was mad because he couldn't get those Google employees to come work for him at whatever peanuts level of compensation he was offering.

Not everyone wants responsibility for the company's success on their shoulders. It's kinda nice to work a 9-to-5 and not have that stress in your life, while still having a cushy income.
